S.O.U.L. Cast is hosted by Iyare Igiehon, co-founder of S.O.U.L. and founder of S.O.U.L. Fest. Across two decades he's worked as a broadcaster at BBC 1Xtra, 6 Music and Radio 2, programmed for the BFI, and served as Creative Diversity Partner at the BBC.

The conversations are long and unhurried. Guests are people who found their own route in — and the show is interested in how they actually did it, not the tidy version.
